How To Use Our CBG Oil
Shake the bottle before using. Place 0.5 -1.0ml of oil (25-50mg of CBG) under your tongue and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing with a beverage. We suggest taking it in the morning with breakfast and using the same dose consistently for a week before making changes. If more relief is needed, increase by 0.5-1.0ml and repeat the process. If you have flare-ups at certain points in the day, use an additional 0.25ml-0.5ml of oil at that time.
